City Tour Worldwide is the Grupo Julià brand that focuses on managing and running City Tour buses and trains and on selling complementary products and services for tourists. We offer a complete tour package for people seeking quality and something different on their trips, as well as professional and personalised products and services.
City Tour buses and trains
As a pioneer in developing tour bus and train services, the Grupo Julià is currently the third largest tour bus operator internationally, transporting a total of over 3.7 million passengers in 2015 in the 16 cities worldwide where the Group is present.
The Group's tour buses operate in the main cities both in Spain and abroad: Madrid, Barcelona, San Sebastián, Murcia, Andorra, London (Great Britain), San Francisco and Washington (United States), Mexico City (Mexico) and Marrakesh (Morocco). As for the trains, these operate in some of the Spanish mainland's most notable tourist destinations: Granada, Peñíscola, Fuengirola, Girona and San Sebastián.
The City Tour services provide transportation for tourists over a fixed route that lets passengers get on and off an unlimited number of times per day (Hop-on Hop-off). They also feature the latest innovations (georeferenced audio guides, Wi-Fi connection, USB chargers, TFT information displays, etc.), as well as the most advanced measures in terms of safety and comfort.
Between its buses and trains, City Tour has a fleet of over 150 vehicles on three continents and a staff of over 750. Of note is the Granada City Tour, the first hybrid tour train in Spain.
Online travel agency
City Tour Worldwide also offers a wide range of activities and services in those cities where it is located through the online sale of products from Julià Travel-Gray Line Spain, the Grupo Julià division that specialises in inbound urban tourism. Also available is the iVenture Card for tourists.
City Tour Worldwide also works as an online travel agency, offering a wide variety of organised themed tours and excursions (cuisine, shopping, cultural, outdoors, leisure, etc.) both in leading international cities and from these cities to nearby tourist destinations. Rounding out its offerings are personalised tours in small groups to make the experience more exclusive.
City Tour Worldwide also sells the activities included in the iVenture Card online, thus bringing together all of the tourist activities that a city has to offer. The various packs include admission to tourist attractions and points of interest, excursions and tours on different means of transport, meals at restaurants and discounts at stores, among others.
